Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what personal data Trimvo collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the account holders and staff who use Trimvo, and the limited customer data our clients enter into the platform.
1.Data we collect
Account data: names, email addresses, phone numbers, and roles of the owner and staff you add. Business data: branches, services, prices, visits, sales, attendance, inventory, and payroll figures you record. Technical data: log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
2.How we use data
We use data to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, produce your reports, send essential account emails (such as verification and password resets), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
3.Cookies and local storage
Trimvo uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Your session lives in secure, http-only cookies that cannot be read by scripts. We also store non-sensitive preferences (such as your language and selected branch) in your browser’s local storage.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
4.Sharing and processors
We share data only with service providers that help us run Trimvo — such as cloud hosting, database, and email delivery providers — under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law.
5.Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After termination, we retain it for a limited period so you can export it, then delete or anonymise it, except where the law requires us to keep certain records longer.
6.Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, http-only session cookies, role-based access controls, and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of any incident that materially affects it, as required by law.
7.Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may export the data in your account. To make a request, contact us at privacy@trimvo.app.
