Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Trimvo, a barbershop management platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Trimvo on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
1.The Service
Trimvo provides tools to run a barbershop: point of sale, staff and attendance management, payroll figures, inventory, and reporting. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service. We will not make material reductions to a paid plan’s core features without reasonable notice.
2.Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your passwords confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You are responsible for the accounts you create for your staff and for the roles and permissions you assign to them.
3.Subscriptions, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are added where required by law.
A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it by unauthorised means, disrupting it, reverse-engineering it, reselling it without permission, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.
5.Your data
You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter into Trimvo. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect any customer information you enter, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.
6.Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend access for maintenance or to protect the Service, and will aim to minimise disruption.
7.Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trimvo is provided “as is”, and our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
8.Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
